What is a short-term rental?
A short-term rental is a furnished home or apartment rented to guests by the night or week, usually through platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, instead of to one tenant on a long-term lease.
Do I need to own a property already?
No. The boot camp covers how to choose a market and buy the right property from the start. If you already own a rental or second home, you'll also learn how to decide whether it makes sense as a short-term rental.
Are short-term rentals allowed everywhere?
No. Short-term rental rules vary by city, county and HOA, and some areas restrict or ban them. The boot camp covers how to research local ordinances, permits and HOA rules before you buy, so you don't end up with a property you can't rent.
